Richard serves as Strategic Advisor for Trading and Risk at CAAN and also is a co-founder of Ferro Capital, bringing over 30 years of experience in the design of exchange trading systems, risk management frameworks and structured products across global financial markets.

Bahman has co-founded and lead boutique investment firms where he specialised in sales and distribution. Bami has 13 years of experience in the start up ecosystem and has held multiple roles varying from Co-Founder to Head of Business Development.

Gonzalo is responsible for Business Development and Investor Relations at CAAN. He brings experience across corporate finance, capital markets and investor engagement, supporting strategic growth and institutional relationships.

Nada has an extensive consulting and business development background across Financial Services and Fintech. Over the course of her career, she has held senior roles at leading global institutions including Morgan Stanley, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Barclays, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Credit Suisse.

A digital transformation and design specialist, Vera is the Operations Manager handling projects across marketing, office management and digital product.

With a distinguished career in government and the private sector, Marc is co-founder of CAAN. He is currently Chairman and CEO of Telefónica S.A. Marc brings his expertise in strategic governance to the CAAN board.

Anabel oversees CAAN’s strategic and corporate governance matters following leadership roles at Metagestión and Montebalito.
